First 2 practices

The first two practices went well.
Practice one, new comers learned the techniques of passing and hitting. While returners ran a few passing and hitting drills of their own.
Then in the second practice we just did a short work out. On Friday the overall consensus of muscle soreness was okay. I feel that I am loosing it on the toughness scale.
Well Girls we can start slow and then we will take it a day at a time.
Lets have more fun!
